    The superior queen room we stayed in were immaculate. The breakfast was very good, and included fruit juice, fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and meats. The location was FAVOURABLE, courteous staff from the receptionists at the front desk to the staff at the bar and restaurant.

    Milan is good for trip, San Babila underground station is nearby. We found nice Victum nearby with hot beverages. Recommend the place:)))

    The spa was a wonderful escape, and the cozy bar area reminded me of a hidden gem to unwind in. The minibar had tasty snacks that were a great surprise. The location is superb, just a short walk to the main sights. We loved the lovely whimsical decor throughout the hotel.

    Gorgeous hotel and public parking, great location within walking distance of main attractions in the city centre. Well presented food plus pleasant staff. Perfect service throughout stay. Downstairs bar and nice pool. Excellent overall experience.

    I enjoyed the breakfast with a nice variety of options. The room was individually decorated, and the bed felt comfortable.

    There was noise from the metro that disrupted my sleep, and the bar prices felt excessive.

    Sadly we were only in Milan for one night, but we chose a great hotel - well located just a few minutes from the cathedral, beautifully appointed, very comfortable, great amenities and friendly, helpful staff at every turn. Our room was lovely and very thoughtfully designed. It had one of the most comfortable beds I had ever slept in, lovely bed linen, a great shower and even tea/coffee making facilities (unusual for Italy). I would definitely stay here again.

    They sent us an email before arrival, welcoming us and statingnthat they had a serprise for us since it was our honeymoon. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is 15 min away from the most important area in Milan.

    We arrived after 5 PM they gave us a wrong room and they forgot about the welcoming email. They changed our room twice and this was not so present since we were tired and just arrived from Vinece. One more thing, I came to the room one night and found a dent on my computer (Mac book air) this dent broke the screan. I spoke to the management and they promised that they would arrange with the insurance agency to get me a new one.

    The hotel is amazing location within walking distance to the duomo and a top restaurant, da giacomo. Our room was fine and clean. The breakfast was good, especially the great coffee! The friendly and helpful staff stood out, particularly when they provided us with packed meals for our train trip. We also loved the spa's soothing atmosphere.
